The booking process through the webpage www.easyclubshire.com inexorably implies the express acceptance by the “customer and/or end user” of each and every one of the general conditions that are expressed below and of the particular conditions to the contracted service that are indicated in the booking form.
Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions shall constitute the Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) under which Easyclubshire shall rent Golf equipment (“Golf Rental Equipment”) to (“you” the “Renter” or “customer and/or end user”).
Payment & Booking confirmation
After you’ve made your reservation online, one of our agents will contact you by email to confirm your reservation details. A 10% deposit of the amount due for the entire “Rental Period” (as defined below) must be prepaid through a safe worldwide known payment system. If the prepayment is not satisfied between 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
The balance is payable when the clubs are dropped off at an agreed location and time.
Subject to Availability:
Easyclubshire will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the Golf Rental Equipment you desire. However, please note that our Rental Equipment is subject to availability. If the Rental Equipment you desire is unavailable, we may ask you to make an alternative selection.
You may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the “First Rental Day” (as defined below) by notifying Easyclubshire by E-mail or through wwww.easyclubshire.com of your wish to cancel. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days before the First Rental Day may be charged the deposit payment already paid.
Reservations for Golf Rental Equipment that is delivered to a hotel, private accommodation or a golf course must be collected within 30 minutes of the delivery time or the rental will be cancelled, and the Rental Equipment will be returned to Easyclubshire. In the event of non-collection the rental deposit will be charged.
Changing Bookings and Extension of Rental Period:
We will try our best to accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your booking. However, any such changes are subject to availability.
All rental prices are listed on the website, and are subject to change without notice until your reservation is confirmed.
Late, lost, stolen, broken, non-returned equipment deposit.
A 50€ per set deposit is required in order to cover any eventual expense in case of late return, lost, stolen or broken club.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
1. Pick-up of Clubs and Accessories:
Golf Rental Equipment may be picked-up by one of two ways: a. You may pick-up the equipment at the Fuerteventura International Airport (FUE); or b. You may arrange for Easyclubshire to deliver the equipment to you, in which case a delivery charge may apply.
Please note the following:
Either you or a responsible adult that you designate to Easyclubshire in advance, must be personally present to accept and sign for delivery. If neither you nor the person you designate to accept delivery is at the designated location within 20 minutes of the scheduled delivery time, then the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be charged.
Delivery Area and time:
Easyclubshire will deliver the Golf Rental Equipment you booked anywhere on Fuerteventura island, 7/7 days between 8 am and 10pm.
FREE DELIVERY AREAS: Fuerteventura Airport, Puerto del Rosario, Antigua (Caleta de Fuste, Costa de Antigua, Nuevo Horizonte), Tuineje (Las Playitas, Gran Tarajal), Betancuria.
OTHER AREAS 20€ supplement per order: La Oliva (Corralejos, El Cotillo), Pajara (Costa Calma, Morro Jable, Taralajejo).
2. Return of Clubs and Accessories:
The Golf Rental Equipment may be returned to Easyclubshire by one of two ways: a. You may return the equipment at the Fuerteventura International Airport (FUE); or b.You may arrange for pick-up of the Golf Rental Equipment by Easyclubshire.com at your designated location. You or a responsible adult that you designate must be present while a Easyclubhire representative checks in the equipment as an authorized return.
Calculation of Rental Period:
The Rental Period begins on the first day you rent the Golf Equipment (the “First Rental Day”) and ends on the day you return the Golf Rental Equipment to us (the “Last Rental Day”).
Easyclubshire shall not be deemed to be in default of this Agreement if its performance is delayed or prevented by acts of God, public enemy, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, riot, labour disputes, work stoppage or strike, any act or order of any governmental authority, or any other cause beyond the control of Easyclubshire.
